First launch on macOS

Didon is signed for local development and is not yet Apple-notarized. If macOS blocks the app, right-click Didon.app in Applications and choose Open, or see installation help.

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Unzip and move to Applications

    Open the downloaded zip, then drag Didon.app into your Applications folder.

  2. 2

    Install Ollama and a vision model

    Get Ollama, then run ollama pull qwen3-vl:2b-instruct (recommended). Optional qwen3-vl:4b-instruct for 16 GB+ RAM Macs — see installation guide.

  3. 3

    Open Didon and grant Screen Recording

    Launch from the menu bar, sign in, and enable Screen Recording in System Settings when prompted.
